Where Wild Spirit began
Our roots in Sheffield cheerleading began before WSA was established, when we proudly represented Sheffield Wednesday Football Club as its official cheerleading squad. Wild Spirit Allstars was formed in 2006, and we have been introducing athletes to competitive cheerleading and developing talent in Sheffield ever since.
We are a competitive all-girl programme welcoming athletes from age 3 upwards. We offer competitive and recreational cheerleading, with training focused on stunting, tumbling and dance.
Our season runs from September to July, with annual team-placement try-outs each August. New athletes may also join during the season where suitable spaces are available.
