Privacy at Wild Spirit Allstars
Wild Spirit Allstars (WSA) uses personal information to answer enquiries, administer memberships and team placements, support safe participation, collect payments, organise competitions and communicate with athletes and families.
Information we collect
This may include athlete and parent or guardian names, dates of birth, contact details, emergency contacts, team information, attendance, payment records, photographs or video, and health, allergy, medication or injury information needed to participate safely.
How information is used
We only use information where we have an appropriate reason, including providing the service requested, meeting legal obligations, protecting an athlete’s vital interests, obtaining consent where required, and WSA’s legitimate interests in safely administering the programme. Health information receives additional protection and is shared only with people who need it for athlete safety or administration.
Sharing and storage
Information may be shared with coaches, competition or insurance providers, payment and website suppliers, and public authorities where legally required. WSA does not sell personal information. Records should be retained only for an approved period and then securely deleted. Records are retained only for as long as they are needed for the purpose collected or to meet legal obligations.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete information, restrict or object to its use, or withdraw consent where consent applies. Contact info@wildspiritallstars.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Children’s privacy
Information about children is explained clearly to parents, guardians and athletes. WSA aims to collect only what is necessary and to use high-privacy defaults.
