RESPONSIBILTY
A WSA cheerleader is responsible for herself and her actions.
All athletes are responsible for being team players.
All athletes are responsible for getting to training, events and competitions on time and in the correct attire, including the correct footwear, with no jewellery in or long nails.
Athletes are responsible for their attitude – they should always give 100% at every training session.
Athlete are responsible for motivating their team mates.
Athletes must understand that WSA has zero tolerance for profanity while at the training or any WSA function or competition.
RESPECT
All athletes are expected to show respect to her fellow teammates.
All athletes must show respect to the training venue, equiptment and operational staff.
All athletes are expected to show respect to all coaches, committee members and team captains.
All athletes are expected to show respect to opposing teams.
All athletes must show respect and grace to all judging decisions made at competitions.
REPRESENT
I understand that good sportsmanship will be practiced at all times while representing WSA, in person and on social media. Every athlete is expected to exhibit good conduct and to be a positive ambassador of our program every day.
I understand that I should NEVER post any negative comments on social media regarding athletes, WSA staff or other gyms.
I understand that I can to talk to my coach about anything; remember to do so at the appropriate time.
